Specialties

If you’ve had a single traumatic event or a long history of hardship, therapy can help you handle painful memories, learn ways to cope, trust yourself again, and feel safer and more in control. It’s not about erasing your past; it’s about carrying it with less pain and more peace.

Trauma, PTSD and c-PTSD

Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) & First Generation Individuals

Balancing family expectations, code-switching fatigue, intergenerational grief, and living between cultures is exhausting. Therapy can help honor traditions while advancing your goals—heal racial trauma, set boundaries, reclaim your voice, and build resilience.

Couples Therapy/Relationship Issues

Struggling to communicate or get on the same page with your partner? Couples therapy can help you break unhealthy patterns, sharpen your conflict‑resolution skills, and rebuild real trust and connection. With guided support, you’ll learn to express needs without blame, listen so your partner truly feels heard, and create new, healthier patterns.

Life can overwhelm us, causing anxiety, worry, or paralysis. Therapy builds a toolkit to prevent episodes, improve emotion regulation, and restore confidence. For panic attacks, interoceptive exposure reduces fear of sensations and challenges catastrophic thoughts, making panic more manageable.
